Low Voltage Lighting Lead Hand
Overview
The Lighting Lead Hand reports directly to, and takes direction from the Senior Management Team. The successful candidate will assist with: assembly and installation of low voltage light fixtures, perform light construction duties, attend service calls, and provide outstanding customer service. Given that the nature of the work is low voltage, no additional certifications are required. This will be an evolving position with opportunity to assist other areas of the business, as well as pursue individual career development opportunities. Winter hours will be supplemented with snow removal responsibilities.
Compensation
The Lighting Lead Hand will receive an competitive hourly wage, with considerations made for experience and additional certifications. In addition, the successful candidate will be offered a comprehensive company benefits plan, as well as opportunity to participate in a company-matched individual RRSPs, and paid training opportunities.
